What You’ll Lead
• Full site supervision on $2M–$15M projects
• Multi-trade coordination and disciplined scheduling
• Three-week lookaheads that actually drive production
• RFIs, ASIs, documentation, and daily logs
• Quality control and safety enforcement
Required
• 5+ years as a commercial superintendent
• Proven leadership on $2M–$15M projects
• Strong plan reading and subcontractor management
• Procore & Buildertrend preferred

•?Highly fluent in both English & Spanish
