Commercial Field Superintendent

Experienced Commercial Tile & Flooring Superintendent
Bonita Springs, FL

Responsibilities
• Lead site operations from startup to closeout
• Coordinate with multiple trades across complex scopes
• Drive meaningful three-week lookaheads
• Maintain accurate RFIs, ASIs, daily logs, and change tracking
• Enforce safety and quality standards

Required Experience
• 5+ years as a commercial superintendent
• Direct leadership of $2M–$15M projects
• Strong plan-reading and scheduling discipline
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors effectively

Highly Valued
• Tile & Flooring Experience
• Commercial & Luxury High-Rise Experience
• Highly fluent in both English & Spanish
